About Legacy Physical Therapy

Founded in 2012, Legacy Physical Therapy grew from our passion for helping Treasure Valley residents stay active through Idaho's changing seasons. Our team understands the unique demands of mountain biking the Ridge to Rivers trails, skiing at Bogus Basin, and navigating Boise's varied terrain.

We combine evidence-based techniques with individualized care plans. Each treatment considers your daily activities, home environment, and personal goals - whether that's gardening in the North End or keeping up with grandkids in Meridian.

As Boise grows, we remain dedicated to serving our community through local partnerships with schools, senior centers, and youth sports organizations across Ada County.
